What is Panther Lake?
Panther Lake, the code name for Intel’s latest family of chips, is branded under the Intel Core Ultra series 3. This launch marks Intel’s first platform utilizing the cutting-edge Intel 18A process node, representing the most advanced semiconductor manufacturing technology developed in the United States. Production timeline
Intel has confirmed that Panther Lake is already in production at Fab 52 and is on track to meet customer commitments. In addition to Panther Lake, Intel previewed their server-oriented processor, Intel Xeon 6+ (codenamed Clearwater Forest), also built on the 18A node. This processor is designed to meet the demands of data centers, cloud infrastructures, and large-scale computing workloads.
